AGM Pro Tools provides field service management (FSM) integration services that connect your existing business software to CRM and sales automation platforms. Our Services synchronize data between your connected systems according to your configuration and subscription tier.
Our Services are intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you experience a service issue, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
You retain full ownership of all business data that passes through our platform. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data. We process your data solely to provide the integration services you have subscribed to.
Business data passes through our platform in real time and is not stored long-term. Upon termination of your subscription, we will delete your processing state and configuration within 30 days. Your business data remains in your own FSM and CRM systems.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of our Services. Our platform includes automated monitoring, self-healing error recovery, and proactive health checks designed to minimize downtime.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party platform outages, and circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
Enterprise tier subscribers may be eligible for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with specific uptime commitments. SLA terms are documented separately in your subscription agreement.
All content, features, and functionality of the AGM Pro Tools platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and documentation — are owned by AGM Pro Tools and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your active subscription. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Jobber, Field Routes, Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel, Salesforce). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and credentials on any third-party platforms connected through our Services. If a third-party platform changes its API, terms, or availability in a way that affects our Services, we will work to adapt, but we are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGM Pro Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any data obtained through the Services from third-party platforms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGM Pro Tools, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
